At the 2025 Annual General Meeting in December 2025, the Owners Corporation endorsed new, enforceable rules for Hamilton Park.

These rules are made under Division 6.1 of the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011 (UT(M)A) and are consistent with the provisions in sections 7A (Default rules) and 7B (Alternative rules requirements) of the Unit Titles (Management) Regulation 2011.

The Owners Corporation also endorsed a Handbook for Hamilton Park owners and residents, subject to final review and approval from the Executive Committee. In February 2026, the Executive Committee approved the Handbook.
